Established in 2006 by Joseph’s family and friends, the Cpl. Joseph A. Tomci Memorial Foundation aspires to continue his legacy of selfless service. The foundation will minister to the needs of servicemen and women, as well as the members of our community who exemplify the impeccable character, selflessness, and humanitarianism that Joe embodied.
